Job Description

The Senior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding the bank's presence and market share in the SCV-Rural Auto space. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the bank's overall growth and success.

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the SCV-Rural Auto market effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
  • Identify potential clients and prospects, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies during the sales process.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior sales executives, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, building the bank's brand and reputation.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the commercial vehicle or auto finance industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of rural markets and understanding of the SCV-Rural Auto segment is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems for effective lead management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking skills and a well-established professional network.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
