We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Sales Coordinator to support and drive our sales team operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales coordination background in the IT services and solutions industry, who can streamline processes, improve performance, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily sales operations and support the team with motivation and guidance.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring timely lead conversion and client follow-up.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.
• Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
• Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) with accurate sales data.
• Contribute to training and onboarding of new sales staff.
• Handle complex client queries and negotiations as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales coordination role (preferably in IT).
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, metrics, and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in B2B IT sales.
• Proficient in Excel and sales analytics tools.
• Understanding of SDLC and IT terminology.
