As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will own and develop a territory of healthcare facilities, identifying organizations that need locum tenens physician coverage. This includes researching healthcare markets, initiating outbound conversations, and engaging key decision-makers to understand staffing challenges and coverage needs.
This is a strategic, business development–focused role for an experienced locum tenens sales professional with a hunter mindset who thrives in a quota-driven environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging executive-level stakeholders, takes a creative and innovative approach to business development, and is motivated by actively building and expanding a territory.
