This role is responsible for the administration, analysis, and reporting of sales commission payments, sales contests, and incentive programs for the U.S. Cardiovascular, Neuroscience, and Medical Surgical portfolios. The position ensures accurate and timely commission calculations, data validation, and reporting, while partnering closely with sales and finance teams to analyze performance results, resolve discrepancies, and support continuous improvement of compensation processes and systems. This position is based in Bogotá, Colombia, under a Flexwork model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Calculate commission/incentive award payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions
  • Perform staff support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas
  • Review commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Able to verify and follow through, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of commission payments as outlined in the plan
  • Resolve reconciliation issues
  • Mantain or audit information needed to track revenue
  • Analyze sales performance results, prepare commission expense reports, presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management.
  • Use spreadsheets, ERP systems or dedicated computer programs to gather data for payment calculation or analysis
  • Contribute to the development or improvement of systems to effectively track or capture data
  • Perform cost analysis or modeling of alternative commission/incentive plan design or quota levels

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level required)
  • Experience in sales compensation, commissions, or incentive calculations
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working with large datasets (ERP/CRM systems)
  • Ability to collaborate with sales and finance stakeholders

Nice To have:

  • Experience with sales compensation tools
  • Exposure to commission plan design or modeling
  • Experience in process improvements or automation
  • Knowledge or experience with Varicent Software platform
