Lead safety and traffic management initiatives with responsibility for occupational safety programs, traffic control, regulatory compliance, and safety culture development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive occupational safety and traffic management programs
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action plans
  • Design traffic control measures and safety protocols
  • Provide safety training and awareness programs
  • Ensure DOLE compliance and maintain safety documentation
  • Lead safety committees and mentor junior staff
  • Prepare safety reports and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

  • DOLE Accredited Safety Officer certification (current)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in occupational safety and/or traffic implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field
  • Expert knowledge of DOLE regulations and safety standards
  • Strong incident investigation and risk assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications (CSSP, ASSP)
  • Construction, manufacturing, or industrial experience
  • Incident management system experience
  • Safety culture development background

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work on job sites in various conditions
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 kg
  • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
