Are you ready to shape the future of intelligent automation? We are looking for a Senior RPA Engineer who is excited to architect enterprise‑level solutions, elevate automation strategy, and mentor the next generation of RPA talent. In this highly influential role, you will design and implement advanced automations that streamline operations, reduce complexity, and deliver measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do
Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment of complex RPA solutions across multiple platforms and business systems
Serve as a technical subject matter expert for all RPA technologies, with deep expertise in UiPath
Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate organizational needs into scalable, high‑value automations
Track and optimize bot performance with a target of 100% utilization, implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve high‑priority production issues while establishing proactive measures to prevent recurrence
Design automation architectures aligned with best practices and the Robotic Operating Model
Mentor junior engineers, providing hands‑on coaching, code reviews, and guidance on RPA standards
Produce high‑quality documentation including technical specifications, solution designs, and process overviews
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integrations with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
Monitor project timelines, communicate constraints, and escalate risks appropriately
Support automation deployments and participate in an on‑call rotation to troubleshoot production issues when needed
Perform additional tasks and strategic initiatives as assigned
What You Bring
Expert‑level knowledge of top RPA platforms: UiPath, Power Automate, Kofax
Strong proficiency with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, and .NET
Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide, influence, and develop talent
Power automate certification - PL‑500 or PL‑400
Advanced debugging skills and hands‑on experience developing APIs
Strong foundation in HTML, JavaScript, and workflow‑based logic
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and enterprise system integrations
Ability to produce detailed technical specifications and lead solution design efforts
Strong analytical thinking and exceptional problem‑solving skills
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and bring clarity to complex challenges
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple high‑priority tasks simultaneously
Experience in the healthcare industry, especially dental, is a plus
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
UiPath certifications such as UiRPA or UiARD preferred
Minimum of 6 years of hands‑on RPA development experience, including leadership in automation projects

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.
Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
