Delicatessen Services Co., LLCA Company Route Sr Specialist is responsible for supporting the Company Route Operator in all essential functions related to operating a company route. Daily support will include but is not be limited to business operations, sales, training, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and back office systems. The ideal candidate must have an excellent work ethic, excellent customer relationship attitude, good time management skills, and exhibit efficient work habits. This position requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The Company Route Sr Specialist will be expected to understand and uphold all of the Boar’s Head policies and procedures, most importantly “The Vision Process”, as well as portray a positive image of the company.
