As the Senior Research Site PartnershipManager,you willsupport the execution of enterprise research strategies through strong relationship management and site-level engagement. The Senior Manager partners closely with assigned oncology research sites to enhance performance, support enrollment growth, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities whileoperatingeffectively within a matrixed environment. In this role you will:

  • Serve as a primary relationship manager for a portfolio of oncology researchsites.

  • Support site engagement, alignment, and performance with a focus on clinical trial enrollmentgrowth.

  • Execute strategic account plans andbringforward site-levelinsights.

  • Partner with site leaders to address challenges and support operationalsuccess.

  • Collaborate across teams to implement enterpriseinitiatives.

  • Manages a portfolio ofapproximately 2–4 oncology research sites, depending oncomplexity.

  • Maintain an understanding of each site’s structure, goals, andopportunities.

  • Support alignment of enterprise initiatives with siteneeds.

  • Support accountability for clinical trial enrollmentperformance.

  • Monitor enrollment trends andidentifyimprovementopportunities.

  • Assistin development and tracking of site-level actionplans.

  • Promote best practices that supportaccrual.

  • Partner with sites to review, track, andreportkey performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance improvementefforts.

  • Support implementation of enterprise priorities at the sitelevel.

  • Assistsites through change initiatives and workflowtransitions.

  • Escalate trends, risks, and opportunitiestoleadership.

  • Identifyand support resolution of operational challenges at the sitelevel.

  • Escalate complex or high-impact issuesappropriately.

  • Identifyopportunities to improve processes andengagement.

You should have for this position:

  • A bachelor’s degree,master’sdegree preferred

  • Experience supporting oncology research sites and clinical trialenrollment.

  • Experience in site engagement, account management, or clinical operations 

  • Knowledge of clinical research operations and site-level execution 

  • Understanding of oncology clinical trials and enrollment drivers 

  • Familiarity with performance metrics and site engagement strategies 

  • Relationship management and stakeholder engagement 

  • Data interpretation and performance monitoring 

  • Communication and facilitation across cross-functional teams 

  • Problem-solving and issue resolution

  • Ability tooperateeffectively in a matrixedenvironment.

  • Ability to manage multiple site relationshipssimultaneously.

  • Ability to influence without directauthority.

  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into site-levelexecution.
