Our award-winning Automotive Insurance client is seeking a Sr. Regional Sales Representative to join their team. This role is open due to growth and expansion of the company. This role oversees regional store profitability, excelling in communication and initiating innovative initiatives to boost sales and streamline operations. Focused on fostering excellence in insurance customer service, this role involves implementing operational programs, driving profitability, and promoting the professional growth of team members.
Responsibilities:
Drive overall performance and execution of sales customer service.
Analyze productivity to identify sales opportunities and formulate action plans to enhance store sales.
Conduct weekly meetings with the management team to gather feedback and devise strategies to increase and promote sales within the region.
Build high-performing, sales-focused teams by overseeing recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching processes across all stores.
Provide support to managers in upholding a philosophy of treating all employees with respect and dignity.
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of human resources policies and strategies, including new hires, terminations, leave of absence, employee relations, safety, and legal compliance matters, schedules, and overtime.
Conduct regular store visits and audits with managers to develop operational strategies, provide feedback, and ensure the execution and compliance of all company programs, initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Be available for travel, including quarterly meetings or other company endeavors.
Foster and advocate Young America's customer service ethos in responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Automotive Insurance industry sales experience.
Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree; however, open to considering a combination of education and substantial experience.
Proficient in computer literacy, with the ability to effectively utilize relevant software and technology.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills, particularly in building and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Exhibits expertise in business growth techniques, showcasing a strategic understanding of expanding and advancing business objectives.
