We’re looking for someone with solid recruiting experience and a point of view.

Someone who can lead end-to-end processes with sound judgment, understand the context behind each search, and collaborate with others while working independently.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic sourcing and build relevant pipelines for each search.
• Lead interviews that go beyond the surface and build genuine trust.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with both the internal team and clients.
• Report progress and KPIs in a structured way, bringing visibility to every stage.
• Own each search from start to finish, with attention to timing, quality, and experience.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting (consulting firms, RPOs, or in-house).
• Autonomy, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Commitment to quality and accountability with deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Experience with recruiting tools (ATS, databases, spreadsheets).
• Familiarity with metrics and reporting — and how to use them meaningfully.
