As a Recruiter, you will act as a strategic talent advisor partnering with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes aligned with organizational priorities. This role goes beyond execution, focusing on influencing hiring decisions, shaping talent strategies, and building long-term workforce capability across technical, managerial, and leadership roles.
You will play a key role in elevating how we attract, assess, and hire talent, ensuring we build strong pipelines for critical and high-impact positions across engineering, sales, and leadership functions.
You will be part of Koch Recruiting, supporting hiring efforts primarily for Molex operations in Guadalajara. The team collaborates closely with business leaders to drive talent strategies that enable operational excellence, growth, and long-term value creation.
