Our client, a leading payments and digital wallet company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Front-End Engineer to join their team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for solving complex Front-End challenges and building new features related to how people make monetary transactions worldwide. This role requires technical expertise and offers an opportunity to contribute to one of the top send-money experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Work independently to contribute to the development of a web application built using React.
• Understand how to debug and trace through logs on the browser as well as application logs.
• Collaborate with other engineers for quality assurance and release support.
• Contribute across the full stack with an understanding of testing.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on professional JavaScript experience.
• Solid Experience using React.
• Experience with unit and functional testing of web applications using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
• Understanding of NodeJS/Express basic ability to work fullstack across web applications.
• Debugging skills on the client side and capability to follow stack traces across the web application.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of cross browser and platform constraints, familiarity with CSS.
• Familiarity with concepts related to GraphQL, Cypress, Jenkins, and Jira.
• Familiarity with concepts such as React Hooks and Apollo GraphQL.
