Role Statement

Product Development Engineer (PDE) is the owner to handle more project opportunity and develop the new product to grow IAE BCS business, especial for IAE critical application: Automation control/BESS/Robotic/Motion Driver

Key Responsibilities

1. New product development

新产品设计

• Working as the product development engineer to handle the new product development for customer new product requirement and IAE front end general market requirement

做为一个产品研发工程师，接受并开发新产品满足来自客户需求及市场前端团队的常规市场产品需求

• Working with project team to make sure new product can be launched on time in the market.

与项目团队合作，以确保新产品可以顺利在市场推出

• Study and discuss with front end team and customer on the future solution trend and handle the LEAP project to acquire the knowledge on the future product and technology trend, upgrade the technical roadmap.

与市场前端团队或客户讨论，接受新产品or 新技术预研项目来研究并拓充未来产品及技术趋势，升级本部门技术路线图。

2. Product extension:

• Extend existing product lines to meet customer’s requirements.

拓展现有产品线以满足客户要求

• Lead extend project.

负责延伸项目

3. Other work assigned by management.

Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:

1. Bachelor’s degree at mechanical related.

机械相关专业学士学位

2. At least 6 years’ experience for product development / sustaining.

至少6年的产品开发经验

3. Strong multi-tasks management capability for planning and execution.

强大的计划和执行多任务管理能力

4. Independent product design capability for connectors.

独立的连接器产品设计能力

5. Good ability for trouble shooting, data analysis, product improvement.

具有良好的故障排除，数据分析，产品改进和研究能力

6. Strong communication skills.

7. Be familiar with connector manufacturing process.

8. Experience to work with factory.
