
CCM is the market leader in single-ply commercial roofing—protecting the buildings where people work, learn, heal, and live. As a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, you will apply your engineering experience to the design, build and operation of the Research & Development Pilot Plant. You will also play a leading role in the innovation efforts focused on new product development, evaluating advanced manufacturing technology and breaking the mold as it relates to current process technology.
This role will report to the R&D Maintenance Manager and work collaboratively with Carlisle’s various groups (e.g. ISO, Membrane, adhesives, waterproofing, etc.) to solve technical challenges, explore new material technologies and lead projects in R&D’s new, state of the art Pilot Plant, gaining hands-on exposure to the production technologies that deliver commercial roofing systems worldwide.
