The Auger Quoting & Pricing Specialist owns the end‑to‑end quoting process for the auger product line, serving as the single point of accountability for complex, high‑value customer proposals. This role is responsible for RFQ intake and archival, technical and manufacturability review, BOM and routing development, detailed cost modeling, coordination of internal and external processes, and delivery of accurate, auditable quotes in partnership with Sales Account Managers (SAMs). The position requires strong technical knowledge, cross‑functional collaboration, and disciplined documentation to ensure quotes are competitive, executable, and aligned with operational capabilities.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, specifications, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, quote documentation, and professional communications. Ability to speak effectively with fellow employees, internal partners, and customers.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and apply fundamentals of geometry and trigonometry to manufacturing contexts. Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to costing, pricing, and capacity calculations.

Ability to apply common‑sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, schedule, or diagram form. Ability to evaluate multiple variables simultaneously and exercise sound judgment when balancing cost, manufacturability, schedule, and risk.

Pay Transparency:
The yearly compensation for this role is $77,860 – 96,180, is commensurate on experience and education, and could pay more or less than the posted range. This full-time position is eligible to participate in the company’s short-term incentive program, paid time off plan, 401k, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
