Job Description

As a Sr Quality Control Inspector here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous inspection and testing. You will be responsible for identifying deviations, collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager and you’ll work out of our Woonsocket, RI location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact product quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring that all materials and finished products comply with established standards and specifications, thereby supporting Honeywell’s commitment to excellence and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify and document deviations from quality specifications and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and prepare reports for management review
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data and recommending process enhancements
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements during all quality control activities
• Duties to include internal QMS audits & mechanical calibration, as assigned

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools specific to inspection and testing processes
• Proficiency in conducting detailed inspections and using measurement tools to verify product quality
• Experience with quality documentation, data analysis, and corrective action implementation
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to industrial automation products

• Experience working in cross-functional and global team environments, in an AS9100 factory

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Prior knowledge using SAP ERP system for RMA's, receiving inspection and associated T-codes
