The selected candidate will be a key member of the team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality service is delivered to the customer by developing and managing program processes, conducting regularly scheduled internal process audits, and consistently driving structured improvement activities. The ideal candidate will act as a change agent, demonstrate high energy, exhibit a strong commitment to quality, and be self‑motivated. The selected candidate will be required to quickly build effective working relationships with coworkers and customers across multiple disciplines, levels of authority, and, when necessary, different locations.
Primary Responsibilities
Integrate closely with the program team to implement and execute the Quality Management System (QMS).
Recommend, facilitate, track, and report on continuous process improvement initiatives and activities.
Support the program-specific tailoring of the QMS and the deployment and implementation of appropriate QMS processes.
Support the development and collection of performance metrics.
Document and drive resolution of nonconformities and requirement escapes through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Contribute to required Leidos quality reporting, including Quality Management Reviews, In Process Reviews, Weekly Activity Reports, and Monthly Operational Reviews.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and at least 15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
Must have at least 2 years of experience with large-scale Agile programs.
Must have experience with quality assurance program management plans and/or internal process audits.
Must have experience with or strong familiarity with providing Quality Management for Software Development and IT Service Management Projects.
Must have experience with or strong familiarity with peer reviews and process auditing.
Must have experience collecting and analyzing data and producing actionable metrics.
Must have experience related to recommending, facilitating, tracking, and reporting on continuous process improvement activities.
Must have the ability to multi-task, function seamlessly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and complete tasks without direct supervision.
Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
Must have proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, & Project).
Clearance Required: Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Software Development Management, Software/System Risk Management, and/or with Software/IT Contingency and Disaster Recovery Planning and Operations.
Familiarity with CMMI, ISO or other Quality Management Systems.
Experience with 508 compliance.
Experience with Agile principles.
Experience with Software Configuration auditing.
Experience with software peer review processes.
Substantial experience with large software/IT programs.

Pay Range $139,100.00 - $251,450.00
