The Senior Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the company's products and processes meet established quality standards. This professional acts as a leader in the quality team, implementing continuous improvements and conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
· Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
· Perform quality audits, identifying non-conformities and proposing corrective and preventive actions.
· Analyze quality data and generate reports for senior management, presenting recommendations for improvements.
· Conduct training and workshops for staff on quality procedures and best practices.
· Collaborate with other areas of the company to integrate quality initiatives into production processes.
· Participate in the development and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.
· Monitor quality performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions.
· Act as a point of contact for external audits and quality certifications.

EDUCATION
· Complete Higher Education.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
· 5 years of experience in the field of quality control.

· English professional proficiency
