As a Senior QA Test Analyst, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of custom software solutions. You will work with teams including developers, product owners, and partners to design comprehensive test strategies. Responsibilities will also include implementing testing and implementing automation for testing across the full software development lifecycle.
You will report to the Manager, Application Development and Operations and be located at. Cranberry Township, PA. Hybrid work schedule. Work from home 2 days a week.
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, API, and backend applications.
Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
Coordinate and establish test plans for user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Validate fixes and ensure no regression issues.
Recommend testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Develop automated test scripts.
Coordinate QA standards, processes, and documentation.
Support release readiness, production validation, and post-release analysis.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles
Experience with manual testing and test case design
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools
Prior experience using Microsoft DevOps or other Application Lifecycle Management tool
API testing experience (e.g., REST, Postman, Swagger)
Basic SQL skills for data validation and backend testing
Familiarity with performance or security testing concepts
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $85,200 to $106,500 per year.
