Experience - 10-15 yrs

Skills and Qualifications

KEY SKILLS:

Selenium Java, Web API testing, Database testing, JMeter OR knowledge on performance testing.

JD:-

  1. Functional understanding of Banking (Retail, Commercial etc)
  2. Must know how to write test plan and test strategy
  3. Must have hands on knowledge in running test cases manually or using automation tool like Selenium
  4. Must know the test life cycle and defect life cycle
  5. Good communication skills
  6. Able to work with geographically dispersed teams
  7. Must be able to handle difficult discussions with clients
  8. Must be able to lead team
  9. Must be able to translate client needs to effective code and in alignment with the solution design
