Salary Range: $60,000 to $71,682.50. This is an exempt (salaried) position. Pay rates are based on education, skill, experience level and internal equity. Internal equity considerations include an assessment of the applicant’s salary history and qualifications in comparison to the market rate and requirements for the job.

The Economic Mobility Division focuses on connecting residents to the resources, education, and employment opportunities needed to achieve long-term stability and self-sufficiency. Through coordinated programs and partnerships, the division works to remove barriers and create clear pathways to economic advancement. Our approach is centered on outcomes, ensuring that residents are supported in making measurable progress.
The Economic Mobility Division consists of MeckSuccess, MeckWorks, More Than A Job NC, Work First Employment Services, Work First Kinship Services and Quality and Training.
Responsible for providing training, mentoring, and policy support to employees, reviewing work products to ensure quality, and keep record of employee and department performance. Training at this level is highly technical in nature. If selected for a panel interview, candidate will have to do a PowerPoint Presentation.
Please Note: This will be an in-office position (telework not available). The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will support other Community Resource locations.

Oversees, coordinates, and conducts various training and quality assurance programs for an assigned area. This position, under general supervision, is responsible for the overall quality control reviews, technical assistance, and training programs within assigned area to include training development, supervising staff, and analyzing training budgets.
Minimum of four years of quality control or training experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Skilled in using various computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Comfortable navigating Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital platforms for training, testing, and data tracking.
Works in a standard office setting with moderate noise levels.
May require extended periods of sitting, computer use, and participation in meetings or training sessions.
