Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To be Management for Power Supply parts CM and coordination.

2. Manage and improve material master process.

3. Strategically plan and execute orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

4. Implement effective strategies for managing slow-moving inventory and minimizing excess stock.

5. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline order processes and synchronize inventory management efforts.

6. Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, and quality improvements.

7. Control the manufacturing activities by grasping the progress status of issued orders and expediting the delayed orders.

8. Propose related amendments on operation, raw material distribution, equipment arrangement, etc. to increase production or improve quality.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in purchasing computer-related components.
2. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, supply chain or related management operations preferred.
3. Experienced in Server used Power Supply product purchasing preferred.
4. Experienced in MRP / ERP / SAP, advanced users of Microsoft Office and Outlook is a plus.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal.
7. Ability to maintain highest ethical and professional business conduct.
8. Be Aggressive and Positive, Patience and Careful with High EQ.
9. Strong communication skills, with high sense of accuracy and responsibility.
