The Senior Supply Chain Operations Project Specialist is responsible for executing projects within Arthrex’s supply chain organization, focusing on operations, systems, and cross-functional support. This role requires alignment with the strategic vision and evolving roadmap of the supply chain operations organization, adapting annually based on business needs. The specialist will possess a deep understanding of how operational metrics impact financial performance in both our white box/P&L and heavy metal/balance sheet business models, ensuring that targets support the growth of Arthrex. Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Work with standard current computer applications, including but not limited to collaboration tools, email, word processing, spreadsheets, project management tools, diagramming tools, as well as Enterprise applications (where applicable): ERP, PLM, DMS, HRIS, CRM, MES, and BI.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
