As a Senior PMO Project Planner, you will play a key role in bringing structure, predictability and control to Sea-Kit’s cutting-edge uncrewed surface vessel (USV) programme. Working within the Sea-Kit PMO organisation, you will support the delivery of advanced maritime robotics projects that help shape safer, more sustainable and more efficient offshore operations. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineering, production, operations and business stakeholders to safeguard progress, align planning with capacity and cost, and provide the transparency needed for confident decision-making across the USV portfolio.
Your role within the Sea-Kit PMO
You develop, maintain and update integrated project schedules for Sea-Kit’s USV programme and related portfolio activities;
You monitor critical paths, milestones and dependencies across design, build, integration, testing and delivery phases to support timely USV programme execution;
You identify planning risks, schedule conflicts and delivery constraints early, and propose practical mitigation measures to Project Managers and the PMO;
You track progress and actively follow up on actions and deliverables with team members;
You contribute to portfolio-level progress reporting, forecasting, scenario planning and schedule performance insights for the Sea-Kit PMO;
You ensure alignment between planning, capacity, progress, cost control and governance requirements across the USV portfolio;
You support Project Managers and PMO leadership by coordinating operational follow-up, preparing decision-making insights and improving planning discipline;
You facilitate planning sessions and progress meetings, promoting structure and accountability within the team.
You help strengthen PMO governance by maintaining planning standards, templates, data quality and a consistent reporting cadence across Sea-Kit projects.

Improved visibility of milestones, dependencies, resource constraints and schedule risks across the USV portfolio;
Consistent PMO planning standards, reporting cadence and planning data quality;
Accurate forecasts and clear insights that help Project Managers and PMO leadership act early;
Strong stakeholder confidence in planning information, reporting and delivery governance.
Your track record
You have a background in a relevant technical or project management related field, such as engineering, industrial engineering, technical business administration or project controls;
You bring solid experience in project planning, project controls or PMO support within a complex technical, engineering, manufacturing or maritime environment;
Experience with planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar scheduling platforms is highly valued;
You work in a structured, analytical and forward‑thinking way;
You are strong in maintaining oversight while managing detailed follow‑up;
You can act as a bridge between technical delivery teams, operational detail and overall USV programme objectives;
You thrive in a role where you proactively advise rather than only administer;
You have strong communication skills and are able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral;
You are motivated by innovation and enjoy contributing to a high-technology programme that is advancing remote and autonomous maritime operations.
What Fugro offers
Based on your relevant experience, the salary ranges from €3500 to €4100. This amount is part of our salary range, with opportunities for growth within the role;
