As a Project Performance Field Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of our capital construction projects ensuring quality, safety, and compliance from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Own material receipting and inspections across assigned project sites
  • Conduct QA/QC field inspections to verify condition, quantity, and specifications
  • Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances
  • Perform field observations comparing contractor plans to field conditions
  • Partner with contractors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor material delays and risks
  • Complete field documentation and reports
  • Promote a strong safety culture
  • Travel to project sites and work outdoors

What You Bring

  • Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience (e.g. IBEW Journeyman)
  • 5+ years of relevant construction experience
  • Experience working with contractors and field crews
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety practices
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel

The targeted base pay for this position is $103,400 to $120,600 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more
