As Sr. Project Manager I, you’ll lead and support enterprise Agile transformation initiatives across a complex government organization. This role will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on practitioner responsible for implementing, launching, scaling, and sustaining Agile Release Trains (ARTs) while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Agile, Lean, and SAFe practices and have demonstrated success coaching executives, leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams. This individual will play a critical role in accelerating organizational agility, improving program execution, enabling cross-functional alignment, and supporting the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will also leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance problem-solving, decision-making, team effectiveness, and delivery outcomes.

SALARY RANGE: $129,000 - $152,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
