Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager, Enterprise Applications to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives across our Digital organization. This role ensures that enterprise application projects—spanning ERP, CRM, integration, data, and AI-enabled solutions—are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned to business strategy.

As a key partner to business stakeholders and technical teams, the Sr. Project Manager drives clarity, accountability, and alignment across all phases of project delivery. This role ensures strong governance, promotes effective change management, and proactively manages risks and dependencies across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. The Sr. Project Manager is committed to delivering predictable outcomes while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy Alignment

  • Partner with business leaders to understand goals, pain points, and strategic priorities.

  • Facilitate project intake, scoping, and prioritization in alignment with organizational strategy.

  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, executive sponsors, and delivery teams to ensure expectations remain aligned and transparent.

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle—including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, deployment, and transition to operations.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports.

  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and success criteria.

  • Ensure all projects adhere to PMO standards, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.

  • Apply an AI-first approach to integrate AI capabilities into both project work and PM practices to drive efficiency and value

Governance, Risk Management & Platform Alignment

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies proactively.

  • Facilitate steering committees, project reviews, and governance checkpoints.

  • Ensure technology solutions align with platform standards, architectural principles, and long-term sustainability.

  • Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to ensure scope clarity and minimize unnecessary customization or technical debt.

Change Management & Organizational Readiness

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination.

  • Ensure documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials are complete and accurate.

  • Prepare business teams for deployment activities and ensure smooth adoption with minimal disruption.

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Vendor & Partner Collaboration

  • Coordinate with external vendors, system integrators, and service providers, ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations.

  • Support vendor evaluation, selection, and performance management.

  • Oversee technical activities such as upgrades, patch management, and major releases to minimize downtime and risks.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or comparable project management certification preferred

Experience

  • 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects.

  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as ERP (JDEdwards preferred), CRM, HCM, or integration technologies.

  • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar budgets, diverse stakeholder groups, and matrixed project teams.

  • Experience applying structured project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including generative AI (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and AI agent workflows, to drive delivery efficiency is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, risk management, and problemsolving skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation abilities.

  • Demonstrated capability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.

  • Experience leading change management initiatives is an asset.
