Construction Sr. Project Manager / Engineer-in-Charge (EIC)

Seeking an experienced Sr. PM / EIC to oversee a $25M addition at a secure residential facility. This role leads construction oversight, contractor coordination, and compliance across multiple contracts.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• • Oversee multiple construction contracts from start through closeout
  • Ensure compliance with OGS standards and project requirements
  • Monitor schedules (Primavera P6), budgets, and contractor performance
  • Coordinate with design teams; resolve RFIs, design issues, and disputes
  • Lead bi-weekly meetings and reporting; manage change orders
  • Review payments and certified payrolls
  • Oversee site safety, inspections, and submittals
  • Coordinate with OGS stakeholders and maintain project documentation

Qualifications

Requirements

• 10+ years construction project management experience (ground-up preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, or related field
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in Excel and scheduling tools (P6 preferred)
• OSHA 30 required

Preferred / Plus:

• Experience working on OGS or other public sector projects
• Experience working in secure or correctional facility environments

Compensation & Benefits

• $120,000 – $150,000 (based on experience and location)

Minimum

USD $57.00/Hr.

Maximum

USD $75.00/Hr.
