This role leads implementation of ambulatory clinic activations, community practice expansions, and operational initiatives across UCLA Health's ambulatory network. You will independently manage concurrent projects from planning through go-live, working directly with clinical, facilities, IT, and executive stakeholders.
Day-to-day, you'll define project objectives, develop implementation plans, facilitate cross-functional teams, and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations. You'll drive workflow redesign, identify operational gaps, and build scalable delivery frameworks that improve how the team executes. This role carries a high degree of autonomy and interfaces regularly with senior leadership.
If you've managed complex healthcare operations projects end-to-end and thrive in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment, this role is built for you.
This role also requires travel between all Health System practice locations as assigned.
