The RAD Project Manager is responsible for driving execution, accountability, and predictability across a portfolio of analytics and Tableau dashboard initiatives. This role owns intake, requirement coordination, project planning, milestones, and stakeholder communication. Working closely with Ambulatory Transformation & Performance (ATP) Leadership, BI Developers, Clinical, Operational and Administrative Stakeholders, ensures that requests move predictably from intake through prioritization, development, UAT and go-live. The Project Manager will ensure RAD work is delivered on time and aligned to operational priorities.
While this is primarily a project management role, the Project Manager is expected to be analytics‑literate and, when needed, able to help answer operational questions using existing RAD dashboards and curated data sources.
