Job Title: Sr. Project Manager- 3PL

Department: Business Solutions Group

FLSA: Exempt

Location: Erlanger, KY

Working Conditions: This position operates in office, warehouse, distribution-center, and customer-site environments. Use of personal protective equipment while in operational areas is required

Reports To: SVP Business Solution, Director of Project Management

Direct Reports: Project Managers, Project Coordinators

Effective Date: 10/14/2026

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead multiple concurrent projects across warehousing, distribution, transportation, fulfillment, value-added services, and supply-chain technology.
2. Develop project charters, work plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, communication plans, and governance routines.
3. Translate customer requirements and contractual commitments into executable operational and technical deliverables.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Solutions, Engineering, IT, Transportation, Finance, Sales, Human Resources, Safety, Quality, and Procurement.
5. Manage customer onboarding, site start-ups, network transitions, systems integrations, automation initiatives, and continuous-improvement programs.
6. Track scope, milestones, dependencies, financial performance, risks, issues, and change requests; implement corrective actions when performance deviates from plan.
7. Facilitate project meetings, executive reviews, customer updates, and lessons-learned sessions.
8. Ensure solutions comply with customer requirements, standard operating procedures, quality standards, safety expectations, and applicable regulations.
9. Manage vendors and implementation partners, including deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and escalation paths.
10. Oversee testing, training, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations.
11. Identify opportunities to improve cost, service, capacity, productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer experience.
12. Coach project team members and promote disciplined, repeatable project-management practices.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, information systems, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
2. Seven or more years of progressive project-management experience, including responsibility for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
3. Demonstrated experience in third-party logistics, contract logistics, warehousing, distribution, transportation, fulfillment, or supply-chain operations.
4. Experience managing customer-facing implementations, operational start-ups, systems deployments, or network transitions.
5. Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, financial controls, change management, and executive communication.
6. Proficiency with project-management and productivity tools.
7. Ability to travel to customer and operating locations as project needs require.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification.
2. Experience with warehouse management, transportation management, labor management, enterprise resource planning, or electronic data interchange systems.
3. Experience with automation, material-handling equipment, facility design, or warehouse engineering.
4. Working knowledge of 3PL commercial models, statements of work, service-level agreements, and implementation budgets.
