The ideal candidate is a central stabilizing force for cross-functional teams, translating shifting strategic goals into executable plans while driving delivery, accountability, and operational order in a rapidly scaling environment that is sometimes difficult to parse.  You’re a hands-on project manager who brings structure without bureaucracy, thrives in complexity, and enjoys helping organizations mature how they execute while moving fast.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end development and launch of complex hardware platforms and connected software ecosystems
Manage multiple, interdependent project plans across hardware (EVT/DVT/PVT), firmware, and software (Agile/SDLC)
Align diverse internal stakeholders and external partners, including ODMs and overseas manufacturers

Serve as a clear, credible communicator—mediating priorities, filtering noise, and driving decisions
Implement and scale structured project governance (Gate Reviews, hybrid Agile/Waterfall workflows)
Apply Lean / DBS principles to improve execution while preserving speed and flexibility
Provide transparent, data-driven program updates to senior leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
10+ years of project or program management experience in engineering or manufacturing environments
Proven success delivering hardware products with tightly integrated software
Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or Danaher Business System (DBS) methodologies
Highly organized with exceptional communication, negotiation, and mediation skills
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and sometimes ambiguous environments
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project
Experience working with external vendors and international partners
PMP, CSM, Prosci, or Six Sigma certification a plus
