SSRG is looking for a Senior Project Manager who takes pride in leadership, accountability, and delivering complex construction projects the right way. As part of our team, you’ll lead projects from early planning through final completion—coordinating people, partners, and resources to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Thoroughly understand project plans, specifications, and contracts
Lead preconstruction efforts, including subcontractor qualification, bidding, and scope reviews
Develop, write, and manage subcontractor scopes of work
Oversee project scheduling, procurement, RFIs, and submittals using Procore and related tools
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Work closely with Preconstruction, Field Operations, and Project Engineering teams
Support project teams through planning, problem-solving, and proactive communication
Participate in and facilitate project meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through
Track project progress and budgets to identify risks and address challenges early
Share lessons learned to strengthen project delivery across the organization
Represent SSRG’s values and commitment to excellence in every interaction
