We’re looking for a proactive, driven, and client-focused Project Manager to lead enterprise solution implementations from kickoff through go-live. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and want to grow with a high-performing team, we’d love to meet you.

You’re a hands-on, organized, and collaborative Project Manager who enjoys seeing complex implementations come together successfully. You’re passionate about working with clients, translating their business goals into actionable steps, and keeping delivery smooth and efficient. You want your work to make a visible impact and be part of a team that values your input.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple projects from our portfolio
• Manage end-to-end software implementation projects
• Track and manage scope, timeline, budget, and resourcing
• Act as the bridge between clients, consultants, and technical teams
• Lead client meetings and provide regular updates
• Identify and resolve blockers or project risks early
• Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth delivery
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Contribute to process improvement and team collaboration

What You’ll Bring to Delbridge

• 3+ years of experience managing software or data-related projects
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a consulting or delivery-focused environment
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams (technical and business)
• Exposure to CPM/EPM tools (e.g., Vena, Anaplan, TM1, Oracle, SAP BPC) is a plus
• Ability to learn technical concepts and speak with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills
• Experience using project tracking tools like JIRA or Microsoft Project
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus
• Legally entitled to work in Romania
