Name of the Position: Sr. Project Executive

Company/OPCO: RWIN

Function/department: Projects

Reporting to: Manager- Projects

Location:Dahej

The Senior Executive– Projects will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple projects at the Dahej factory. This role requires close coordination with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.

This position plays a critical role in driving project governance, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with factory priorities and the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:

1. Project Planning & Execution

· Review and interpret 2D/3D layouts and engineering drawings (civil, mechanical, utility, and process).

· Update and modify AutoCAD drawings based on project requirements, site conditions, and change requests in coordination with internal teams and consultants.

· Collaborate with design consultants to resolve drawing discrepancies and technical clarifications.

· Develop detailed project execution plans, including schedules, milestones, and activity sequencing.

· Plan and allocate resources effectively while prioritizing tasks to meet project timelines.

· Monitor daily and weekly site progress against plans; identify deviations, risks, and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

· Coordinate closely with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

· Lead and facilitate project meetings (internal and external), including preparation of agendas, documentation of Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and tracking closure of action items.

· Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with operations, maintenance, quality, and safety teams.

· Proactively resolve site issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

2. Project Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation

· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports using MS Excel, Word, and MS Project.

· Develop and present project dashboards, trackers, and status summaries for senior management on weekly/monthly basis.

· Create impactful presentations for management reviews and project updates.

· Maintain organized documentation of drawings, approvals, contracts, correspondences, and change management records.

3. Budget & Cost Management

· Support preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring adherence to approved financial targets.

· Track project expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality or timelines.

4. Risk Management

· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.

· Continuously monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to minimize impact.

5. Stakeholder Management & Communication

· Provide regular updates on project progress, key milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

· Ensure effective communication and alignment across all project stakeholders.

6. Quality Assurance

· Ensure all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements.

· Conduct periodic quality checks and implement corrective and preventive actions where required.

7. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project performance.

· Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

8. Compliance & Governance

· Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

· Maintain comprehensive and audit-ready project documentation across all project phases.

Other Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be preferred.

Languages: English, Hindi

Other: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Projects (Brownfield projects i.e. Plant infra, Machinery & Erection).

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS office, MS Project etc..
