Position: Senior Project Engineer

Job Overview:
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our projects in Taipei, Taiwan. You will work closely with the project team, clients, and vendors to ensure the successful completion of projects within the given timeline and budget. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing various engineering tasks, as well as providing technical guidance to the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project team members to ensure project objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
- Mentor and train junior engineers on project management processes and procedures
- Participate in project review meetings and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project engineering in the oil and gas industry
- Experience in EPC projects is highly preferred
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
