
The Senior Program Manager for Operation GO NORTH provides leadership, coordination, and oversight of Monadnock Family Service’s (MFS) GO NORTH initiative. The Governor’s Office of New Opportunities & Rural Transformational Health (GO NORTH) program is intended to expand access to affordable and innovative health care in rural areas of New Hampshire. GO NORTH is funded by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid’s Rural Health Transformation Fund Grant.
This Senior Manager-level position is responsible for guiding implementation of GO NORTH grant-funded projects, overseeing outcomes and compliance, and providing high-level project management to facilitate successful achievement of project goals within Federal timelines. The key projects that will fall under the Program Manager’s leadership align with the core scope of GO NORTH’s behavioral health initiatives. The initiatives are: CCBHC certification, workforce development, and advancing modernized information technology. The Program Manager also will serve as a key liaison among MFS leadership, community partners, and other healthcare providers. The goal of the external collaborations is to advance innovative approaches that improve access, quality, and outcomes for individuals receiving behavioral health services in the Monadnock Region.
This position is intended to support MFS’s GO NORTH initiatives, CCBHC transformation, and implementation efforts and is temporary in nature, with continuation dependent upon organizational needs and funding availability.

Each year, our team of almost 200 professionals help approximately 800 children and youth who have serious emotional and behavioral disturbances and 1,900 adults through a variety of counseling and support services.
MFS offers programs in parent education, family support, youth development, services for seniors, substance abuse prevention and treatment, veterans support services, and treatment for individuals and families confronting mental illness.
