Our Senior Program Manager will play a critical role inoptimizingIT spending, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and driving business value. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, data analysis,operations& financialbest practices in a cloud environment and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze IT budgets, track expenses, andidentifyor create cost-saving opportunities

  • Develop andmaintainfinancial models and forecasts

  • Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to stakeholders

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT spend and efficiency, recommending actions or decisions to improve performance

Vendor Management:

  • Facilitate or Participate in the entire vendor lifecycle, from sourcing and selection to contract negotiation, implementation, and ongoing performance management

  • Negotiate contracts with IT vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions (pricing, SLAs, termination clauses, etc.)

  • Manage vendor relationships, resolve disputes, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations

  • Track vendor performance,identifypotential risks, and implement improvement plans

  • Conduct regular vendor assessments and implement improvement plans

  • Engage stakeholders asappropriate toensure solutions selected meet business needs while achieving financial goals.

Procurement & Contract Management:

  • Oversee the procurement process for IT goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies

  • Create, manage, and process purchase orders, invoices, and billing statements ensuringtimelyandaccuratepayment and reconciliation

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to follow through on actions and payablesimpactingvendor relationships

Project Management:

  • Support IT projects by providing cost analysis, budget management, and financial reporting

  • Assistin the development of project budgets and track project expenditures

  • Monitor project progress andidentifypotential cost overruns.

  • Contribute to project planning and risk mitigation efforts.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop andmaintainreports and dashboards to track IT spending trends,identifycost variances, and provide insights to management.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of IT costs andidentifyareas for improvement.

Other financial and operational analysis and duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in finance/accounting.

  • Minimum of three (3)years experiencein IT and cloud related financial Operations

  • Experience in full-cycle vendor management, including contract negotiation, implementation, and performance management

  • Proven ability to work across teams and collaborate with financial, technical, and business stakeholders.

  • Proficiencyin cost analysis, financial modeling, and budget forecasting

  • Strong communication, collaboration, time-management, and organizational skills

  • Ability to learnnew technologiesand concepts

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Ability to think critically, problem solve creatively, and perform root cause analysis

  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines

Estimated base salary range: $95,100 - $146,300 USD/annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.

The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days. The active posting will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
