Description:

The Senior Program Manager, Infrastructure Delivery leads the planning and execution of complex, enterprise-scale infrastructure programs. This role partners across Infrastructure & Operations, Architecture, Cybersecurity, business teams, and strategic vendors to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable technology solutions. The Senior Program Manager provides end-to-end program leadership, establishes governance, manages cross-functional dependencies, and ensures programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business and technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Infrastructure Delivery

  • Lead large, complex infrastructure programs from strategy and planning through implementation and operational transition.
  • Translate business and technology priorities into executable roadmaps, program plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish program governance, executive reporting, KPIs, and decision-making processes.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and key decisions.
  • Coordinate delivery across infrastructure engineering, architecture, operations, cybersecurity, application teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, resiliency, performance, security, and operational readiness.
  • Identify delivery risks and constraints early and drive timely resolution and executive decisions.
  • Lead complex infrastructure deployments, migrations, transformations, and lifecycle initiatives while minimizing business disruption.
  • Ensure effective transition to operations, including support models, documentation, monitoring, training, and knowledge transfer.
  • Drive continuous improvement through PPI/Lean practices, lessons learned, and standardized delivery processes.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted delivery partner to senior technology leaders, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Communicate program status, risks, financials, dependencies, and recommendations clearly to leadership.
  • Build strong partnerships across technology and business organizations to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Manage strategic vendors and service providers against delivery commitments and expectations.
  • Mentor project and program managers and promote program management standard practices.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex technology projects and programs, including significant enterprise infrastructure experience.
  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise infrastructure transformation, modernization, migration, or deployment programs.
  • Experience across infrastructure domains such as cloud, data centers, network, compute, storage, hosting, workplace technology, or platform services.
  • Strong experience managing integrated plans, budgets, resources, vendors, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive leadership.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management experience preferred.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to translate strategic and technical objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Experience working with global teams and multi-site infrastructure programs preferred.
  • Up to 20% travel.
