We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to manage Distribution Hub launches for Amazon Now program. The role entails collaborating with Program Managers, Supply Chain team, Tech/ Product teams, Operations and Business Teams for planning and execution of Launch. This role involves building and driving complex new mechanisms to ensure timely and defect free Launches. Ownership traces from Ideation (after receiving forward looking Topology plan and Hub BRS) to Post Deployment support.
The position will own the following -
 1) They will be responsible for working with procurement, compliance, supply chain, operations, SME, Software Developer, Transportation and other Amazon teams to coordinate Launch activities.
 2) They will be responsible for creating Launch Roadmap for current/next year and finalizing launch dates.
 3) The incumbent will develop a vision document for various initiatives they own. They will also own writing reports/documents that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis.
 4) They will liaise across functions to drive their projects and help clear issues and bottlenecks.
 5) They will work with technology/ product teams to scope out and drive any tech changes that are needed

Basic Qualifications


- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
