Responsibilities include directing, analyzing, coordinating, and evaluating program operations and procedures; developing and monitoring program budgets; establishing program goals, objectives, and quality measures; and recommending process improvements and operational enhancements. The position collaborates closely with faculty, department leadership, speakers, learners, vendors, accrediting bodies, and interprofessional teams to manage activity planning, registration, disclosures, attendance tracking, evaluations, certificates, reporting, and required accreditation documentation.
