The Professional Medical Education Especialist is responsible for developing and executing medical education strategies that support business objectives, healthcare professional learning needs, and product adoption across assigned business platforms. This role serves as the primary education partner for the business, ensuring educational excellence through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective program execution while supporting new product launches and key commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of medical education strategies and programs that support business objectives, healthcare professional learning, and product adoption. Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality educational initiatives, training programs, and scientific events. Manage program budgets and KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Independently oversee multiple projects while providing educational expertise and supporting strategic initiatives, including new product launches.
