The Senior Production Underwriter is primarily responsible for:
Risk Evaluation:Selection, retention, and pricing of new and existing business in accordance with the company’s underwriting philosophy and guidelines.
Broker Relationships:Proactively develops and fosters positive, professional relationships with the company’s agency partners to promote the company’s products and services.
Premium Growth:Works closely with Field Sales Managers on broker plan management (e.g., generation of submissions, target quote and bind ratios, co‑developing agency business plans and incentives).
Underwriting Profit:Collaborates with Field Sales Managers to achieve pricing and commission targets that support the company’s profitability objectives.

The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role include: • Base Salary Range: $80,000 - 135,000 annually • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Wellness, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
