As a 1st shift Monday-Friday Senior Production Supervisor at Hubbell RACO South Bend, IN you will be reponsible for your own area of production lines as well as scheduling vacation for supervisors and being able to fill in during vacations and absences. Have good communication and people skills and have the ability to fill in for the the Plant Manager during vacations.
Responsible for Safety, Quality, and production while supervising your own area of production. Drive positive change through consistent leadership.
Excellent communicaton, organizational, and people skills.
Experience in a Union environment.
Experience in SAP
Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive results in a fast paced environment.
