About the Job

  • Lead workforce planning, hiring, training, and capability development of supervisors and operators to ensure production execution in full compliance with SOP, WI, and safety/quality standards; ensure JIT delivery of production plans.
  • Take ownership of workshop safety management across multiple lines, ensure zero recordable accidents, and drive continuous safety improvement through LSGA and risk control initiatives.
  • Strengthen team leadership by developing frontline leaders, enforcing discipline, promoting best practices, and building a high-performance and engaged team culture.
  • Oversee daily production operations across lines, coordinate cross-functional resources (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance) to resolve issues related to 4M1E, and drive actions through Tier meetings and Gemba walks.
  • Lead and drive Lean & Six Sigma projects to improve yield, reduce waste and variation, optimize processes, and continuously improve SQDCI performance.
  • Support plant-level initiatives and complete tasks assigned by management; collaborate across departments to achieve overall business objectives.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in production management, with strong process or equipment background preferred
  • Proven experience in team leadership (leading supervisors or multiple lines)
  • Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 6S practices
  • Strong capability in problem-solving, data analysis, and risk identification
  • Good leadership and coaching skills to develop team capability and engagement
  • Strong cross-functional communication and resource coordination skills
  • High sense of accountability and result orientation (SQDCI focus)
  • Customer-focused mindset (internal & external)
  • Continuous learning agility and self-development capability
