The Impact You'll Make

As a Senior Production Manager in Apodaca, Nuevo León, you will lead the manufacturing operations of one of Danfoss’ key business units, helping ensure that customers receive high-quality products safely, reliably, and on time. Your leadership will directly influence operational performance across multiple production lines and support our commitment to engineering a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead production, quality, and process engineering teams to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing performance.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and customer delivery performance.
• Champion a strong safety culture in partnership with EHS teams to support a zero-incident workplace.
• Optimize manufacturing processes and resources to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen business results.
• Coach, develop, and engage diverse teams to build capability, accountability, and long-term success.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations and managing both direct and indirect teams in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and production performance management
• .Experience working with quality management systems and industry standards, including IATF and related quality practices.
• Ability to make informed decisions, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Professional English communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a global organization.
