Job Description

We are looking for a people’s person with leadership character, who is business savvy and extremely analytical to join our Product team as a Senior Product Operations Manager.

In this role, you will partner closely with our Product leadership, along with leaders in other functions, to turn complex, cross-functional challenges into clear processes, operating models and scalable growth mechanisms. You will help enable the Product team to move faster with clarity and confidence by building new systems, governance, metrics and execution frameworks that support our award-winning platform. You will be engaged in both strategic planning and hands-on operations, leading critical operating forums and ensuring we execute on our highest priority initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will have a builder, driver and owner mentality - you are energized by problem-solving, an exceptional collaborator, biased toward action, and an organized thinker. You proactively seek opportunities to drive operational improvements and develop innovative, thoughtful solutions to support your partners.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and evolve our core product operating processes across the product ecosystem; Identify operational friction, inefficiencies and gaps, and proactively drive systemic improvements
  • Implement tooling, automation and documentation to improve visibility, predictability and scalability of product operations, while enabling AI-ready workflows, data foundations and decision support
  • Partner closely with Product, R&D, CSM, Ops, GTM and Finance leaders to translate strategy into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes; proactively remove blockers and drive execution
  • Manage internal initiatives and projects accelerating business growth and strategy, and act as a trusted operator for complex, ambiguous initiatives that span beyond a single product or team
  • Drive critical operating reviews, including execution check in, customer feedback loops and core prioritization discussions.
  • Communicate product goals, progress and performance data to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, Program Management, or equivalent roles in enterprise B2B high-growth environments
  • Proven experience operating in highly complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and dependencies; you must have a track record of executing on large, cross-functional processes and initiatives
  • Self-starter, comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity where none exists
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into execution through processes, frameworks and clear measurements
  • Highly analytical and structured, with a strong bias toward data, metrics and operational rigor; you must be able to structure complex analyses to derive insights.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a track record of owning outcomes end-to-end
  • Proven experience designing and improving processes, successfully effecting change in mid-to-large organizations
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience working closely with senior leadership
  • BA/BSc in a quantitative discipline - Must; MBA is an advantage
  • Hands on data analysis skills (SQL / R)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce / Jira / Tableau / Looker
  • Experience working with Databricks, Claude, Google Studio, Productboard (or equivalent) - advantage
