As a key leader for the SP platform, this individual will develop a deep understanding of

customer needs, clinical trends, and market dynamics, and translate these insights into

growth strategies and execution plans tailored to the market.

Korea is recognized as one of the leading markets for the SP platform, and this role will

play an important leadership role in shaping and communicating Korea’s SP success

stories, clinical insights, and best practices to regional and global teams. This position

will collaborate closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders to ensure strong

commercial performance and contribute to accelerating SP adoption across markets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Use qualitative and quantitative market research methods, including direct customer

interviews and field observations, to generate insights that inform SP strategy, market

development, and product roadmap discussions.

• Develop in-depth market analyses, including competitive assessments, procedure

opportunity analysis, and market expansion strategies to support data-driven decision

making.

• Create and manage product profiles, including financial modeling, forecasting, and

market impact analysis to support strategic planning and growth initiatives for the SP

platform.

• Lead commercialization initiatives for the SP platform through close collaboration with

regional marketing, field sales, clinical teams, and cross-functional partners.

• Maintain a strong presence with customers and support field teams by addressing

customer feedback, troubleshooting critical issues, and identifying emerging trends in

clinical adoption.

• Collaborate with Clinical, Sales, Service, and Product Portfolio teams to ensure integrated strategy and consistent messaging for SP across the market.

• Partner with Corporate, Regional, and Global teams to localize launch strategies,

commercialization programs, and growth initiatives for the SP platform.

• Ensure consistent planning processes with clear product positioning, value messaging,

and strong commercial execution. Conduct post-launch reviews and work with market

teams to evaluate execution effectiveness and refine strategies.

• Identify and promote best practices to strengthen commercial capabilities and

accelerate SP adoption.

• Collect and synthesize insights from tradeshows, market research, customer

interviews, KOL interactions, and clinical case observations to generate meaningful

market insights for both existing and future SP innovations.

• Develop strong relationships with KOLs and key clinical leaders to support clinical

engagement, market development, and global knowledge sharing.

• Act as a global reference market leader by sharing Korea’s SP experience, clinical

insights, and best practices with regional and global stakeholders to support broader

market development.

• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

across sales, clinical, service, marketing, and global teams without formal authority.

• Proven ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies and drive

execution through collaborative leadership.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage internal and
