We are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager, whose charter is to support deal program management for company-wide events such as JP Monthly Deals Events and Prime Day. This role will support JP local teams in sourcing deals, enable them to drive the breadth and depth of deal selection for customers and support selling partners to accelerate their growth on Amazon. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and effective communicator, partnering with cross-functional teams to provide inputs to drive growth and process improvement for deal and events initiatives. The candidate should also have a persistent track record of having successfully formulated strategy, identify solutions, and influencing / partnering with stakeholders to deliver excellent results.

Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities
• Provide inputs to develop deal sourcing for site-wide deal events such as monthly deal events, Prime Day and holiday events, by improving deal sourcing experience such as process, criteria, guideline, eliminating excess process for removing manual effort, and reporting results.
• Work with Worldwide product teams and JP local partner teams to influence automation for deals experience.
• Facilitate deal sourcing related discussion and coordination among stakeholders across the company in order to manage all existing resources in the most effective way.
• Work closely with internal business teams to share goals and timelines, along with completion of performance reporting.
• Provide inputs to Deals program strategy, including product/program enhancements tied to yearly goals.
• Provide inputs to track key performance metrics using Excel, SQL, and other internal Amazon systems
• Work with Finance and Retail / 3P partners to establish goals and deal sourcing metrics.
• Generally work within a leadership organization to inform, get alignment, escalate deal sourcing related topics to leadership both verbally and in writing.

Basic Qualifications


- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
