As a Senior Product Marketing Manager on the T-Mobile Broadband Product & Portfolio Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth strategy of T-Mobile Internet across two of our most important and fastest-growing segments: Small Business and Prepaid. This is a highly strategic role at the intersection of product innovation, portfolio strategy, consumer insights, and go-to-market leadership. You will lead the development of differentiated broadband products and portfolio strategies designed to unlock new growth opportunities, deepen customer engagement, and strengthen T-Mobile’s competitive position in the market.
You will be responsible for identifying emerging customer needs, market whitespace opportunities, and evolving industry trends to inform the future direction of T-Mobile’s broadband portfolio. By leveraging deep consumer understanding, data-driven insights, and strategic thinking, you will define compelling product concepts, differentiated value propositions, and long-term roadmap strategies tailored to the unique needs of Small Business and Prepaid customers.
This role requires both visionary thinking and operational excellence. You will guide products from ideation through commercialization — partnering cross-functionally across Product, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Pricing, Competitive Intelligence, Integrated Marketing, Sales, and Acquisition teams to bring innovative solutions to market and drive measurable business impact.

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development and evolution of T-Mobile’s broadband product portfolio for Small Business and Prepaid segments, with accountability for portfolio growth and business performance
Define long-term portfolio and roadmap strategies grounded in customer insights, market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and emerging technology trends
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, consumer segments, and growth vectors to inform future product innovation and commercialization strategies
Translate customer behaviors, pain points, and purchase drivers into differentiated product concepts, value propositions, features, and experiences
Develop strategic business cases, product briefs, opportunity sizing, and customer segmentation frameworks to support investment decisions and portfolio prioritization
Partner closely with Consumer Insights, Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, and Market Research teams to uncover actionable insights that shape product direction and positioning
Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Pricing, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to successfully bring new products and capabilities to market
Influence pricing and offer strategies in partnership with Pricing teams to optimize customer adoption, value perception, and business outcomes
Drive commercialization and go-to-market strategy development, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, channel strategy, and customer-facing communications
Establish KPIs and performance frameworks to measure product success, customer adoption, and portfolio health, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategy
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience. Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science.
5+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Portfolio Strategy, Product Management, Consumer Insights, Category Management, Corporate Strategy, or related disciplines
Proven experience developing portfolio strategies and leading end-to-end commercialization for new products or services in highly competitive markets
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex market, customer, and business data into actionable strategies and compelling narratives
Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across large, matrixed organizations
Experience identifying customer insights and translating them into innovative products, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies
Strong understanding of consumer segmentation, pricing strategy, product positioning, and customer acquisition frameworks
Experience building business cases, opportunity sizing models, and KPI frameworks to support data-driven decision making
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, problem solving, and challenging conventional thinking
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic vision with executional excellence

Base Pay Range: $119,600 - $215,700Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
